UAB "Ekofrisa" is one of the leading groats producers in the Baltic States, working in the field of buckwheat and other grain processing for more than 20 years.
We produce groats, flakes, flour and other products from buckwheat, barley, wheat, peas and other cereals for home consumers and businesses. We carefully select and purchase raw materials from reliable Lithuanian farmers to ensure stable and high quality.
We export more than 82% of our production to countries in Europe and other continents, we cooperate with retail chains, distributors and manufacturing companies, offering flexible solutions for different markets.

IS BUCKWHEAT
Buckwheat has been our main specialization and strength since the very beginning of our company. We use modern technologies to clean, sort, steam, roast and pasteurize it to preserve its natural taste and nutritional value. We control the process at each stage of buckwheat processing to ensure stable and reliable quality.
Buckwheat is naturally gluten-free, therefore it is suitable for more sensitive consumers and various special diets. Part of our range also includes organic buckwheat products, intended for those who pay special attention to the origin and method of cultivation of raw materials.
We create a wide range of products from buckwheat - from traditional groats and flour to flakes, instant products, breakfast mixes and snacks. We supply these products to both home tables and HoReCa and food industry customers, offering solutions for different markets and needs.
