We purchase high-quality buckwheat and other grain raw materials.

QUALITY

We purchase only those grains that meet the quality requirements of the current legislation of the Republic of Lithuania and the EU. We evaluate each shipment based on moisture, impurities and other indicators, and we do not accept raw materials that do not meet these requirements.

RESEARCH

We test all imported raw materials for pesticide residues. The permissible glyphosate level for non-organic buckwheat raw materials can reach 0.1 mg/kg, and for organic buckwheat raw materials 0.01 mg/kg.
